Identity is the fabric of our interwoven experiences. This system of values primarily takes form in our family, involving traditions and genetic inheritance. The

urgency to analyse the poisonous side of that matter, was the first step of a process of reparation. Mending damaged tissues, reconstructing an image, and on the other side its

deterioration, juxtaposing lightness and weight. The project investigates a wide spectrum of possibilities around family memorabilia and lace structure. It is an attempt to fill the lacuna in

the fabric to overcome the weightiness of this inheritance in order to allow growth.
