​​‘La Scucitura’ is a site specific installation realized during an artist residency at Masseria Cultura (BA/IT). It shines a light upon the epidermal memory of the space. Sculptures made out of latex and natural fibre originated from the molds of objects and inner walls present in the typical rural architectures of the area: Trulli. The pieces were subsequently shaped on the artist’s body in order to establish a dialogue with the place, meant as a stage of a suspended theatre act.
